The University of Pittsburgh is beginning the next standard accreditation review process with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. Through this process, Pitt will demonstrate how it meets the accreditation standards, requirements of affiliation, and verification of compliance with accreditation-relevant federal regulations.

Robert Bonfiglio, vice president of institutional field relations at the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, will explain the accreditation process and discuss the role of faculty, staff, postdocs, and students in the process. Questions about the accreditation process will be answered.
