Presented by the Counseling Center, we will be exploring meaningful ways to take care of yourself and help navigate the demands of college life. Explore ways to engage in self-nourishing activities that enhance your well-being. Bring your own lunch, or enjoy some snacks on the Office of Student Affairs.
