Pitt Law alumnus Michael F. Ruggio, partner in the Washington DC office of Ice Miller, and his law partners Taryn Stone and Stephen E. Reynolds, will address oversight and enforcement of the CARES Act and False Claims Act, government audits, investigations and prosecutions under new enforcement authorities, including the New Special Inspector General for Pandemic Recovery, and 1135 Waivers issued to provide flexibility to providers to respond to COVID-19.
