NEW WORKOUT ALERT! Be Fit Pitt powered by the Healthy Lifestyle Institute lunch-time change-up workout.  

Join various members of the Be Fit Pitt Team as we lead you through a variety of different workouts. Look for a mix of instructors and workout types to keep things fresh and new each session! 

Expect 30 minutes of activity designed to give you a total body workout! This is a great opportunity to try out new types of activities and classes.  

No equipment needed to participate. However, we recommend having a chair close by for balance. If you have free weight, bands, or other light equipment at home, it can be used to help enhance your workout.   

Appropriate for all fitness and skill levels, and variations of all exercises will be presented. Seated participation option available along with closed captioning.
