Join the World History Center for three keynote presentations on the topic of “New Approaches to Frontier History” on Saturday June 11 from 10:30am – 3:00pm EST. This event is part of a professional development workshop for teachers hosted by the Alliance for Learning in World History.

1:50pm: Dr. Verónica Castillo-Muñoz (UC Santa Barbara), “Teaching about the Border: Border Crossings and the Making of the US-Mexico Borderlands”
