About this Event
Fifth and Bellefield Avenues, Pittsburgh, PA, 15260
Inspired by the neurological condition of synesthesia and the mind-body connection, this collection aims to understand the connection between music and visual arts. The experience of music is unique to every individual, so these pieces represent the artist's own visualization of this form of art.
This work is Stephanie's love letter to choral music, a form of art that has shaped her and given her a voice. Choir has been a constant througout her life starting in elementary school and continuing at Pitt through the Heinz Chapel Choir. This project reflects her journey within the choral space, capturing the harmony between personal growth and artistic expression.
The artworks will be available to view Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM and each day from 10 AM to 11 AM, you can hear the voices of the Heinz Chapel Choir while viewing the artworks.
