Uncertainty is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be paralyzing. In this science-informed, soul-driven, and strategy-focused webinar, Ajayi Pickering-Haynes, Principal Consultant of The Public Health Writing and Innovation Lab LLC, reframes uncertainty as a portal to possibility. Blending insights from neuroscience and emotional regulation, he introduces practical tools for using the brain’s reticular activating system, visualization, and repetition to transform ambiguity into clarity, creativity, and growth. Participants will leave with strategies for staying grounded amid change, unlocking innovative thinking, and leading themselves and others with greater emotional intelligence and confidence.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • describe how the brain's need for predictability shapes perception and stress responses;
  • use emotional regulation techniques that support clarity and creativity during uncertainty; and
  • reframe ambiguity as a catalyst for innovation, connection, and long-term success.

Registration closes on Wednesdy, March 4, 2026 at noon.
