Learn how mindfully capturing moments can bring you joy and help you savor the present moment. Experience the benefits as you practice taking thoughtful and intentional photographs throughout the workshop. All are welcome as this is an ideal workshop for anyone interested in personal growth, well-being, practicing mindfulness through this practical and engaging activity. No prior photography experience is needed—whether using a smartphone or a professional camera, the emphasis will be on the emotional and mental wellness that photography can inspire. Please meet in the Wellness Center Lobby which is located in Nordenberg Hall. If necessary, there will be a weather dependent location.
