Breathe, move, and flow in this all-levels vinyasa class designed to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll link steady breath with mindful movement to build strength, create space, and release tension. Options are offered throughout so beginners feel supported and seasoned yogis can deepen their practice. Come as you are and leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and grounded.
