Find your balance – mind, body and board – in this calming meditation session on the water. The session will take place on stand up paddle (SUP) boards in our indoor pool and begin with SUP basics, focusing on stability and strength, and conclude with mindful breathing and the calming rhythm of water to help you center your body and mind. No paddle boarding experience needed, but already having the ability to swim is important.
