UPMC MyHealth Weigh to Wellness™ Weight Management Program
Reach your weight goal through diet and exercise!
The best approach to weight management isn't a fad, a trend, or a fancy diet. It's a lifestyle. Make it your lifestyle. Our professional health coaches can show you how.
The MyHealth Weigh to Wellness™ Program will teach you how to track your calories and activity to help you lose weight at a safe rate. This program covers calorie counting, physical activity, emotional eating, meal planning, and making healthy choices while dining out. This program consists of an orientation and eight sessions. Follow-up phone calls at 30, 90, and 180 days will help you stay on track to continue your success with your weight loss goals.
NEW SERVICE: As part of our program, we'll be offering participants the opportunity to get their bloodwork taken pre/post program to see improvements. Participants will go to the Pittsburgh campus MyHealth@Work clinic.

The Weigh to Wellness™ Program is offered at no-cost to all UPMC Health Plan members.

Dates: Feb. 8, 2024 – April 4, 2024
Times: Thursdays 12 noon to 1 p.m.
Health Incentive Reward Dollars: Up to 20 points per session
