The MyHealth Sleep Well, Be Well program can help you discover your best recipe for good sleep. To get started, you’ll choose 1 of 7 nighttime habits and set a goal to change it. As you work on new habits, you’ll also learn about the science of sleep, learn how your diet, physical activity level, environment, habits, and stress levels can affect your sleep, and try techniques that create a “relaxation response.”


Registration: September 1- September 12th
Dates: October 1- November 5th (along with a 30, 90, and 180 day follow-up call)
Time of each class: 12:00-1:00 PM
Location: Virtual 
Reward: Earn up to 25 points each session
