Listening to hunger cues is an important component in maintaining a healthy diet and managing weight. They are an instinctual cue our body sends us telling us we need fuel. In this activity, we are going to talk about the difference between hunger and appetite and discuss some tips to satiety and how to satisfy both hunger and appetite.
