Let the MyHealth Eating Well for Life program help you improve your eating habits. You will learn about food labels and important daily nutrients. You will also find out about what goes into a healthy daily diet, based on recommendations from ChooseMyPlate.gov. This information will help you make healthy and balanced choices about what you eat. The Eating Well for Life program includes an orientation and six sessions, as well as a three follow ups group sessions that will help you stay on track for the long term!
