Looking for a way to destress during midterms? Join Pitt Program Council for a relaxing yoga session and guided meditation on Friday, October 21st, at 5:00 pm in the ballroom of the William Pitt Union. This is event is part of Mental Health Awareness Month.
50 students can sign-up for the event starting on Monday, October 3rd through Friday, October 14th at the Pitt Program Council Office, M-30, in the William Pitt Union. Tickets are FREE. Please come to the event 15 minutes early to the WPU ballroom and bring a yoga mat if desired. Yoga mats will not be provided. Students will participate in a 1 hour long yoga class, followed by a 30 minute mindfulness meditation. All Pitt Program Council events are open to all undergraduate Pitt students with a valid (Oakland) Student ID.
