Sessions are conducted through interactive case studies. Mentoring Academy members, who are trained faculty recognized for their mentoring contributions at the University of Pittsburgh, will facilitate each session. Participants can attend one or all Mentoring Academy sessions to earn a credential covering all eight competencies, based on the curriculum from the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research.
