 c: Probabilistic Decision Making for Mobile Intelligent Agents\n\nABSTRACT:
 \n\nThis talk explores networks of mobile intelligent agents—such as drones
  or robots—deployed in applications like search and rescue (SAR) missions. 
 These agents are typically equipped with communication\, sensing\, and arti
 ficial intelligence capabilities\, and they move along trajectories to acco
 mplish specific goals. We present probabilistic frameworks for trajectory p
 lanning\, privacy protection\, and high-impact decision-making within such 
 systems.  \n\n \n\nBIOGRAPHY:\n\nHossein Pishro-Nik is a professor in the D
 epartment of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Massa
 chusetts Amherst. He received his B.S. degree from Sharif University of Tec
 hnology\, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Georgia Institute of Technology\
 , all in Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research interests includ
 e Information Theory\, Statistical Learning\, Networks of Autonomous Agents
 \, Privacy and Decision-Making.  His awards include an NSF Faculty Early Ca
 reer Development (CAREER) Award\, an Outstanding Junior Faculty Award from 
 UMass\, and an Outstanding Graduate Research Award from the Georgia Institu
 te of Technology. He has served as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transaction
 s on Wireless Communications\, IEEE Transactions on Communications\, and IE
