About this Event
This challenge encourages participants to incorporate best practice nutrition strategies for reaching or maintaining a healthy weight.
To earn points: You must track your food changes 12 times during the month to receive up to 25 points on your UPMC Consumer Advantage debit card.
To get started: Log in to your my.pitt.edu>Health Plan Access > Wellness > Wellness for Life > Click on the Be a Healthy Weight PRO communication card.
