This webinar provides an overview to help groups such as coalitions identify appropriate decision-making processes. Participants will review how group culture and values influence decision-making, guidelines for centering equity voices in group decisions, strategies to avoid pitfalls like groupthink, and tools for scoping and decision-making process selection. Topics include selecting decision-making processes, decision-making tools, and consensus vs. consent.
