Maintaining Emotional Balance Workshop

Learn simple and effecitve skills to help regulate your body's response to stress. After the workshop, you should have a basic understanding of how the body responds to stress and begin developing a coping toolbox.

This workshop is held on Mondays from 11 a.m. - noon.

You must register for the event to receive meeting instructions.
