About this Event
Pitt's Greater Hazelwood Neighborhood Commitment is launching a new Life Sciences Bridge Program, a paid 50-hour skills building work experience designed to prepare 18- to 24-year-olds without a college degree for entry level careers in the life sciences! This is an opportunity for Greater Hazelwood residents to prepare for the emerging Life Sciences sector on Hazelwood Green as evident by Pitt's BioForge.
Participants will be paid while learning in a small cohort of 12 individuals. The first cohort will run from February to April, 2026. Priority will be given to applicants from Greater Hazelwood. The deadline to apply to Cohort #1 is January 25, 2026. Learn more at a Life Sciences Bridge Program Information Session with GHNC Program Coordinator, Jacob Zabela.
No registration is required.
