Social isolation and loneliness are now considered and epidemic in the U.S. We need to promote social connections, a social determinant of health. A way to do this, is by fostering and delivering social support. In this webinar, Patricia Documet, MD, DrPH will lead us through strategies to deliver social support and organizational requirements to do so effectively.
