Fair elections are the bedrock of our democracy. Join our speakers Chris Satullo of Draw the Lines PAand Erik Thiessen of Fair Districts PA for a dialogue about gerrymandering, its impact for voters and about their two organizations' efforts to help Pennsylvania voters understand the issues involved, and learn how they can have an impact on voter redistricting in the state.

Draw the Lines PA - is a statewide civic engagement and education initiative. It is putting a digital mapping tool into voters' hands, so that they can prove they are ready, willing, and able to take on the job of drawing election districts.

Fair Districts PA -  is a nonpartisan, citizen-led, statewide coalition working to create a process for redistricting that is transparent, impartial, and fair.

The event is free and open to OLLI at Pitt Members and others from the University of Pittsburgh community, but you must register to attend.
