About this Event
Experts on legal writing from the Center for International Legal Education (CILE) in the University of Pittsburgh School of Law will give a virtual workshop on English legal terminology. The workshop is designed to better prepare international students who will be starting the LLM (Master’s in Law) program at Pitt in the Fall, however the workshop is open to any internationals who might be interested in learning legal vocabulary in English or who are interested in more information about the LLM Program at Pitt.
The workshop is part of a partnership that the English Language Institute (ELI) at the University of Pittsburgh has with the LLM program. Students who successfully complete level 5 or 6 in the ELI’s Intensive English Program may be eligible for conditional admission/language requirement waivers when applying to the LLM program.
