The presentation will examine these ethics challenges' constitutional and political consequences, particularly as they intersect with electoral politics. Attendees will gain insights into the evolving landscape of judicial ethics, the broader implications for the judiciary and democratic governance, and the usefulness and limitations of congressional responses to SCOTUS ethics. There will be a reception following the CLE program.
This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania CLE board for 1 hour of ethics credit. This presentation is free to Pitt Law alumni, faculty, staff, students, and those not seeking CLE credit. There will be a $30 fee for processing CLE credit for all others.
