About this Event
200 Scaife Hall, Pittsburgh, PA 15261
Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious? Did you know that journaling, writing down your feelings and thoughts, can help bring relief? Come and learn more about how you can write away some of your internal tensions, fears, and more at a Journaling for Emotional Well-Being Workshop, with presentations from the University Counseling Center and University Times writer and writing instructor Marty Levine.
You’ll have time to ask questions and do some journaling of your own – if you’d like. Give some time and attention to your personal well-being by attending this workshop. Journals and light refreshments will be provided.
The workshop is presented in collaboration with the University Counseling Center and hosted by the University of Pittsburgh's Senate Library Committee with special funding from the Year of Emotional Well-Being Steering Committee.
