About this Event
This marks the initial installment of two accessibility workshops. We will delve into the fundamental principles of accessibility, explore the tools accessible to the Pitt community, and address the fundamental techniques for creating an inclusive class in Canvas. We will discuss the accessibility capabilities within Canvas and how to ensure your course content is made accessible using UDOIT Advantage.
Please let us know if you require an accommodation in order to participate in this event. Accommodations may include live captioning, ASL interpreters, and/or captioned media and accessible documents from recorded events. At least 5 days in advance is recommended.
Please register to attend. You will receive an email with the Zoom meeting link. Participants must sign in with the SSO (single sign-on) option when joining the meeting using their University username and password.
