Thinking about interning, working, or traveling abroad for research? Join us for this workshop to learn more about how to prepare! We'll kick off the session with information about Nationality Rooms Scholarships; these scholarships provide funding to students interested in doing international internships or independent research. We will learn about the funding & application process from Katya Kovaleva, Scholarship and Student Engagement Coordinator at UCIS.

We will also be joined by Dr. Anna-Maria Karnes, Advisor and Community Engagement Coordinator at the Center for African Studies, who will discuss international internship opportunities, as well as current students, providing insights about their own international internship experiences!

As part of the UCIS International Career Toolkit series, this workshop offers valuable insights and practical skills to navigate diverse cultural landscapes with confidence.
