Build on Strength Training 101 in a 6-week strength series designed to challenge and expand your capabilities after the basics. With progressive programming, advanced technique refinement, and a motivating group atmosphere, you’ll push past plateaus and gain confidence in more complex strength movements.
When: Wednesdays at 4:30 - 5:30 P.M.

Location: Strength Studio 204
Registration: January 12 - January 23
Participation in all Small Group Training Programs requires a Group Fitness membership (free).
