The Innovation Igniter program is designed to help you get introduced to the business aspects of innovation.

Instructors will:

• Help participants clearly and confidently articulate their value proposition to both scientists and non-scientists;
• introduce participants to the Business Model Canvas;
• and teach a few core concepts of the commercialization process including establishing a value proposition, defining customer segments and understanding the process of customer discovery.
