Wind down the semester with a cozy card-making session!
Join us to discover different ways of making handmade holiday or winter cards. Explore the basics of linocut, stenciling, or watercolor, and learn tips and tricks for finishing cards, creating larger batches, and personalizing cards for recipients.
No prior printmaking or art experience is necessary, but we encourage you to come with a few ideas for simple images you might like to incorporate into your cards.
All supplies will be provided, including hot chocolate! Take a break from the end-of-term rush, make something by hand, and leave with cards to share with friends, family, colleagues, or anyone on your holiday list.
Facilitated by Madeleine Chesek-Welch, University Library System
