Despite diverse perceptions, research shows that student evaluations are generally more reliable than other methods – such as peer evaluation or self-ratings – of assessing teaching effectiveness. Student evaluations of teaching, administered in most Pitt schools through the Office of Measurement and Evaluation of Teaching (OMET), can be effective sources for improved teaching. This workshop will discuss how to best use OMET surveys.

All workshops will be conducted via Zoom eastern time.
