 ailable to Pitt Outreach Programs and to provide tools that can help broad
 en participation within your program.\n\nPitt Outreach Programs that have 
 a representative attend all 3 workshops will receive a modest stipend. Cli

 unity Perspective\n\nFriday\, Mar. 18\, noon-2:00 p.m.\n\nThis 2 hour work
 shop will be led by Drs. Jen Iriti\, Talia Stol\, and Jen Sherer from Part
 ners for Network Improvement at the Learning Research and Development Cent
 er who design the STEM PUSH Networked Improvement Community. Participants 
 will use information from Workshop 2 to explore process mapping as a tool 
 to design equitable recruitment strategies and investigate the use of empa
 thy interviews to improve programming.
