Why do political leaders allow developers to determine how land in our city is used? Why don’t we have more voice in shaping how our communities develop and how public resources and land are allocated? Learn more about how housing policy is made and what we can do to shift the debate to center people and end displacement. Join community organizations & residents to develop a Human rights-based housing strategy for Pittsburgh that builds on global human rights law and models from other cities that put people before profits. Help us build our movement to push policy makers to center people and human needs in urban planning—housing is a right-not a commodity!

Food will be served.
