View mapBecoming a healthier you involves adopting habits such as incorporating physical activity into your daily life. To help students reach this goal, a selection of Group Exercise classes are offered during Fall, Spring. and Summer semesters.
These recreation classes run for 10-weeks each semester, these classes are not for credit, just for fun. The cost is $40 per group exercise class, that is per course.
Additionally, we have yoga mats for sale and climbing equipment rentals for a semester.
