Thinking about interning, working, or traveling abroad for research? Join us for this workshop to learn more about how to prepare! As part of the UCIS International Career Toolkit series, this workshop offers valuable insights and practical skills to navigate diverse cultural landscapes with confidence.

Leading our discussions on cultural competency and international experience preparedness will be Dr. Anna-Maria Karnes, Advisor and Community Engagement Coordinator at the Center for African Studies, and Hillary Koller, Director of Pitt Global Experiences. We will also be joined by student panelists, Ariana Scott (MID '24), Bobby Miller (MPIA '24), and Michael DeAngelo (MPIA '24), who will share their experiences and insights from last summer!
