About this Event
Whether you are a GIS novice or enthusiast looking to brush up on your knowledge, GIS Trivia Explosion is the perfect way to spend your lunch hour on GIS day 2020. GIS Trivia Explosion will cover questions related to mapping, spatial literacy, and just fun random facts that will get everyone excited to shout out answers to their zoom screens. Questions like “ What are 'Spatial databases' are also known as”, “Who is acknowledged the father of GIS” will challenge participants to think outside the screen and delve into the basics of GIS and what makes it unique and uniquely weird. Also, don’t count out our exciting picture round or prizes for our winners!
Teams are encouraged but not required. We look forward to seeing you on November 18th at 12pm to 1pm.
