About this Event
This academic year, 2025-2026, the General Education Reform Task Force seeks to work collaboratively with faculty, students, staff, and alumni to design general education as a purposeful program with a beginning and an end, that allows students to understand, explain, and showcase the value of a liberal arts education.
The aim is to center student learning outcomes in a unified general education curriculum for undergraduates across all schools and campuses.
Faculty and staff teaching undergraduate courses are invited to share their insights and expertise this fall. Participate in upcoming “Gen Ed Drafting Days” to help refine proposed student learning outcomes and curricular prototypes.
