The presentation will feature Tom Arkell, senior partner at Dunn Law Firm, Illinois. It will cover applications for Green Cards (permanent residence), National Interest Waiver and Extraordinary Ability petitions, H-1B visas after graduation, and recent changes in U.S. immigration. The National Interest Waiver section might be particularly useful as it allows one to self-petition for a green card without an employer. Please RSVP here.
