Flyin' West

This is a past event.

Set in 1898, Flyin' West follows four black women as they lay claim to land in Nicodemus, an all-black Kansas town. The play is a powerful commentary on sisterhood, identity and race and is based on fact: in the late 19th century, many African Americans left the South to settle out West.

Sunday, February 24 at 2:00 p.m.
