As with all things Internet, there is plenty out there about grant funding but the trick is knowing the best sources to use and how to structure grant proposals.

Upon completing this class, you should be able to:

  • Identify the one-stop-shopping source available through Pitt for finding funding
  • Explain how the RePORTER systems can be used for potential networking on collaborative grants
  • Employ reporting guidelines and guideline extensions to guide the preparation of grants
  • Identify contacts for grant proposal assistance.
