The School of Education invites you to a film screening with the creator of the documentary short Clusterluck on Monday, March 13 from 12-2pm in Posvar 5601 (Dean’s Colloquium Room). Dr. Candace Hall, who is the film’s creator/producer and a professor at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, will join us for an in-person discussion and Q&A about the film. All are welcome to register and attend.
Documentary Synopsis
Clusterluck is a critically acclaimed documentary short highlighting the experiences of a group of Black faculty within a department at a historically white institution. The film explores what community means and what it looks like for Black scholars to have supportive communities within their departments at their institutions.
