All Pitt faculty are welcome to attend the 2025 Faculty Resource Fair! Whether you are just getting started or have been part of the campus community for years, this flexible, drop-in event is an excellent opportunity to explore resources, connect with colleagues, and engage with campus services that support your teaching, research, well-being, and professional growth. 

Come by anytime between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to explore, connect, engage, and enjoy light refreshments.

Hands-On Resources: Be sure to check out the refreshed space on the lower level of Alumni Hall! This updated area—home to Academic Media Production, Classroom and Event Services, and Learning Space Development—now offers an even more welcoming and functional environment. Get classroom-ready with hands-on support, see classroom tools in action, and pick up essential tech tools such as adapters, cables, and more—everything you need for a smooth start to the fall term.

Faculty Portraits Available: Enhance your professional profile with a new headshot. A University photographer will be available from 10–11:30 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis (limit of 30). For those unable to attend, we will share information about studio hours.

Registration is encouraged to help us plan for refreshments and space–– and to keep you informed about future faculty opportunities, but feel free to drop in anytime during the Resource Fair!

Open to all University faculty, regardless of rank or appointment type.
