Mental health concerns have reached what some have labeled epidemic proportions, especially following the COVID-19 pandemic. In this webinar, we explore the concepts of mental health, mental illness, prevalence rates, and the scope of mental health concerns. Issues of stigma are examined as avenues by which interventions may increase access to health services.
