Charles Mansfield is our Startups Strategist-in-Residence and provides us with expertise in entrepreneurship and technology. He is currently the startup ecosystem manager at Innovate Pittsburgh, where he builds fluency with data assets, maintains databases reflecting Pittsburgh’s startup ecosystem and supports strategic communication efforts.

Chris McGinnis is our Artist-in-Residence and not only does he provide us with expertise in visual arts but he also brings us expertise in non-profit work. He currently serves as the Vice President of Programs and Development for Rivers of Steel. His art draws inspiration from America’s industrial story and notions of progress understood through the lens of technology, social economics and cultural identity.

Morgan Lee, CFP ® is our Wealth Manager-in-Residence and provides expertise in wealth management. He currently is a wealth manager with Pittsburgh-based investment advisor Confluence Financial Partners. He works closely with individuals, families, business owners and retirement plans to help them define and achieve their financial goals. He brings broad experience in financial planning, investment management, tax strategy, estate planning and insurance planning, allowing him to deliver comprehensive guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
