Think improv isn't for you? Think again! This session, designed especially for beginners and those in all kinds of fields from business to medicine to law, offers a friendly, low-stress intro to the art of spontaneous collaboration.

Explore simple, low-stakes improv activities that build quick-thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. No acting experience or extroversion required. The focus is on supportive play, humor, and learning how improv can strengthen everyday real-world skills like listening, empathy, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.

Expect a relaxed atmosphere, plenty of laughs, and no judgment. Leave feeling more confident, connected, and maybe surprised by how fun (and useful!) improv can be.

Facilitated by Sydney Dubose, Center for Creativity
