About this Event
As employees struggle this year with a wide range of stressors at work, at home, and in the world, empathy can serve as a critical element in our interactions with our team and other colleagues. This session explores the value of empathy for both others and ourselves, offers practical discussion on the role of it in our work, and highlights the importance of balancing empathy with accountability.
