This virtual workshop – hosted by the University Counseling Center, will explore emotional regulation skills that center around enhancing (not perfecting!) control of our emotions.  By learning emotion regulation skills, we can have more control, and perhaps learn to modulate, our emotions and emotional experiences. In addition, these skills help us to reduce the intensity of painful or unwanted emotions (e.g., anxiety, anger, sadness), and to change situations that prompt painful or unwanted emotions. Click "Join Stream" on the right to register.
