About this Event
This virtual workshop, hosted by the University Counseling Center, focuses on building distress tolerance skills—tools that help you get through difficult situations without making them worse. You’ll learn how to cope with painful emotions, urges, and experiences, especially when you can’t change the situation right away.
Go to pi.tt/distresstolerance1 for the February 5 session, and pi.tt/distresstolerance2 for the April 20 session.
The University Counseling Center offers virtual workshops focused on building practical skills that support well-being. Topics include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. These workshops help you stay present, manage difficult emotions, cope with stress, and navigate relationships more effectively.
