In March, Pitt adopted the EIT Accessibility Policy and Procedure, which established standards for accessibility of EIT to meet the goal of providing equitable access to services and making content available to everyone.  But what does that mean?  Digital accessibility can be intimidating. We all want members of the Pitt community to be able to freely, independently, and easily access resources and materials, but we don’t always know how to make that a reality.  In this workshop we will discuss the basics of the EIT Accessibility Policy and Procedure and explore fundamental principles of accessibility and how they impact people with disabilities.
